I wanted to write and thank you, Ro, Mike, Shane and Jake for the most excellent service that I received with the purchase of my new hot tub from Arctic Spas Durham. I really cannot believe how quick, efficient and professional the entire process was from start to finish. It was only a little over 48 hours from walking into your store to enjoying my new hot tub.
You made the process effortless. Your friendly greeting when I walked into the store on Monday evening, made me feel that I was most welcome. You and Ro were able to help me determine the best hot tub for my purposes and my budget. You both appreciated my urgency in replacing my 14 1/2 year old hot tub. When you want a hot tub – you want it now!
The appointment was set for Wednesday at 2 PM. Precisely on the dot, Mike Shane and Jake arrived at my house. In very short order, they had removed the old tub and installed the new tub. They familiarized me with the features and running of the new tub, as well as describing the use and timing of the various chemicals that were provided. They were friendly, efficient, professional and (I might add) strong. In just two hours the tubs were swapped out and the new one heating up for it’s first use.
I am totally amazed at how quickly it heated up – nearly double the speed of my old tub. I was able to enjoy my new tub that night in just over 6 hours from the installation – awesome. I love the new tub and wish I had known how easy it was to replace the old one. I would have done this several years ago.
Also, thanks for the prompt response and the answering the questions I had about the proper running and chemical use for the new tub.
