Delivery in the Rain! Thank you letter.

Hi Jacqueline and Tony, et all

My spa arrived early this morning. Thank you, I am looking forward to being in it by tomorrow.

Wanted to send a thank you:
Tony for your help in sales, you are quite knowledgeable and drive a hard bargain, but I know you will be there if I need anything.
Jacqueline for arranging and putting a little majic into getting the delivery date arranged in a more than timely fashion, you are very pleasant to speak with.
The Delivery Guys (sorry forgot their names) went over and above today in the pouring rain. The delivery and set up went amazing. The orientation on the chemicals was well explained. They are very professional knowledgeable young men and I didn’t want them to go unrecognized.
